I am an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Bocheng Wu’s lab at Texas State University, where my work focuses on bioinformatics and small-molecule-protein interactions. My research interests center on using computational and machine-learning approaches to understand molecular recognition and binding mechanisms. I’m especially grateful to work with cutting-edge software tools such as Boltz 2, which enable the prediction and analysis of protein-ligand interactions directly from amino acid sequences.
